Can I change the value of an e-gift card after I've paid for it?

The value of your purchased e-gift card cannot be changed.

How do I cancel the purchase of an e-gift card?

All gift cards are non-refundable nor exchangeable. 

When is my credit card charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase. This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as Homerun Baseball.

Can I buy an e-gift card for myself?

Yes, of course! Enter your name in the "Recipient Name" field and your email address in the "Recipient Email" field and complete the transaction.

An order form will be sent to yourself after the purchase. However, do note that there will be an e-gift card with a unique code sent to you within one working day. 

When you receive the email with the e-gift card attached, follow the instructions in it to retrieve and redeem your e-gift card.

What exactly does the recipient receive when I send an e-gift card?

An e-gift card with a unique code will be sent to the recipient. There will be simple instructions for redeeming the e-gift card along with the email.

When is the e-gift card sent to the recipient?

An order confirmed form will be sent to the buyer after purchase. The e-gift card with a unique code will be sent to the recipient within one working day. The buyer will receive an order fulfilled form after the e-gift card has been sent out. 

Where can I use my e-gift card?

Your e-gift card can only be redeemed at Homerun Baseball - 200 Pandan Gardens.

How do I use the e-gift card?

You may either print or present the e-gift card in digital form through your mobile.
For value e-gift cards, you do not have to spend all at once, leftover value will remain available on your e-gift card prior to expiry. 

What is the expiration date on the E-gift cards?

The gift card will expire within 6 months of receiving it. We recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.

Can I reload my e-gift card after I've spent the full value?

You can purchase more tokens/credits onsite or on the website.

What if I lose my e-gift card?

Your e-gift card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed e-gift card, contact Customer Support immediately. If your e-gift card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new e-gift card for that value.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed e-gift card?

You must safeguard your e-gift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the e-gift card is tied to the unique e-gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the e-gift card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your e-gift card, contact Customer Support immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
